OVERVIEW

Welcome to Pickle Pals (“Pickle Pals”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Pickle Pals operates a retail store and online website offering pickleball paddles, accessories, gadgets, apparel and related sporting goods (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including all information, features, tools, products and services made available through our store and website.

By visiting our store and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

We make every effort to display product colors, specifications and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colors or appearance.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available for purchase on a case-by-case basis.

Our products are intended for personal use only. You agree not to purchase items for commercial resale unless expressly authorized by us in writing.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order with Pickle Pals, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is not accepted until we issue an order confirmation and successfully process your payment. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided and refund any payment received in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include delivery fees, customs duties or other applicable charges unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and charges.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  3. You authorize us to charge the full purchase amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the shipping carrier.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
